• Step 1.  Pull back cheek pad of side you are mounting equipment

• Step 2.  Drill 9/64 hole for mounting of ear connector jack

• Step 3.  Secure Earpiece jack with "P" Clip and rivet

• Step 4.  Connect Helmet Cord and Earpiece Jack together - Blue wire connects to Green wire, and White Wire Connects to Black wire.  

• Step 5.  Secure Helmet wire and Earpiece wire together with "P" clip and rivet to Helmet.

• Step 6.  Depending on style of helmet -   Cut hole in cheek pad and feed microphone through to the backside of the cheek pad.  Channel out groove on the backside of the cheek pad and secure mic it hot glue.  Let it dry for about 5 minutes.

• Step 7.  After glue is dry, connect 2 microphone wires to 2 remaining wires on the Helmet Cord.  It does not matter which color goes to what wire.  Secure these connections with heat shrink.

• Step 8.  Secure cheek pad back into helmet and make sure everything is fitting correctly.  Test Helmet and make sure everything is functioning properly.
