New: Item is brand new in factory sealed package, all warranty, operations, and owners manuals included. Unit to be serviced direct by Manufacturing company.
Demo: Demo items are essentially new items, these items may have been removed from original packaging for display or demonstration purposes, item will in most cases include all manuals and warranty card. Item will include full factory warranty and will be serviced by RH2.
Refurbished/ Reconditioned: These are items that have been fully reconditioned by our trained staff. New batteries, new radio housing, new audio accessory jack and charger typically are included with a refurbed radio. Refurbished radios include a 1 year parts and labor warranty. If equipped with a premium battery a 2 year warranty is offered for the battery.
Used: Used equipment is simply that. All used units is checked out by our technicians. Should the unit require service, it will be serviced to repair or replace the broken or damaged item. These units are guaranteed for 90 days. Equipment will show signs of normal wear and tear.
TRADE IN POLICY:
RH2 will gladly accept radio and headset trade-ins. Units must be in good working and mechanical order. Normal wear and tear are acceptable, unit must have all parts, batteries, chargers, etc. RH2 accepts Motorola brand radios only.
EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN:
RH2 offers an extended warranty program for your new or reconditioned product. The warranty will cover the radio or headset completely. We do not, however, cover batteries for more than 2 years. New products may be extended for up to 2 years, reconditioned products may be extended for and additional year.
REFURBISHING CUSTOMER RADIOS:
RH2 will also recondition your existing radio equipment. We will recondition Motorola products only, a fully recombined unit will include a new 2 year battery. Once completed, your radio will include a 1 year warranty from RH2.

Q.: What are your shipping methods and policies? TOP
A.: Standard Shipping is done via UPS. All packages are sent ground. Consult UPS for shipping times. Overnight shipping is available for additional fee, consult your sales rep for details.
Packages may be sent to Hotels, Racetracks, and Businesses. Buyer assumes risk once delivered to facility.
We will ship worldwide. Canadian customers, be patient, customs takes a few days.
Shipping Insurance is highly recommended. It is available at a cost of $1 per $100 shipped.
All orders placed by 4 pm est. will ship the current business day.
Backorders (highly unusual) will ship the first business day product is made available.

A.: Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. We will gladly accept any return that is new and in working condition.

A.: Yes, 2-way radios require an FCC license. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain this license, however, we can assist you with this.
