In car harness.  This is the main interface from radio to helmet to push to talk.  Required for most all 2 way systems.  There are 2 types: 3 and 4 Conductor.  You can determine the correct unit buy the number of black rings on your helment mic kit.  3 rings is 4c and 2 rings is 3.  If you are purchasing a new kit, the default is 3 conductor.
